Hi, I’m Katherine! I’m a UX Designer based in Charleston, South Carolina with 15+ years of experience designing and optimizing digital experiences across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.

My UX skills include conducting user research, crafting user journeys, creating mockups in Figma, and using empathy to guide my decisions. I excel at designing websites in Shopify Plus and Squarespace, creating e-commerce mobile apps, and launching comprehensive marketing and loyalty campaigns across all digital channels. I love using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, email platforms, and analytics platforms. I also have extensive experience with copywriting, video editing, HTML, CSS, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and search engine optimization.
